Supported living separates housing from care — meaning the individual holds their own tenancy and receives tailored support from our trained team. This gives real independence, choice and control over everyday life.

We co-produce a detailed support plan with the individual, their family, social worker and any other professionals involved — building it entirely around the person's goals, routines and communication style.

How supported living is funded

Local Authority

Cambridgeshire County Council and other local authorities fund packages following a social care assessment. We work closely with care managers throughout.

🏥

NHS Continuing Healthcare

Where a person has a primary health need, NHS CHC may fund the full package. We support commissioners through the assessment and review process.

Self-Funded

Private and self-funding clients are welcome. We will discuss the full cost of a package transparently before any commitment is made.
